However, since you’ll only be using the clarifying shampoo once a month at the most, you don’t need to worry too much about this! But, of course, sulphates aren’t accepted as part of the Curly Girl Method. The best ingredients (in fact, the only ingredients) that you can use for clarifying are sulphate and olefin sulfonate.
